LEED® is a third party certification program and the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings. LEED® gives building owners and operators the tools they need to have an immediate and measurable impact on their buildings’ performance. LEED® promotes a whole-building approach to sustainability by recognizing performance in five key areas of human and environmental health: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.

At AMS Consulting, our staff of LEED® AP specialists and Professional Engineers for new construction and existing buildings provide consulting services with every aspect of the USGBC LEED® Certification. We provide technical assistance in the areas of site selection, water efficiency, energy efficiency, greenhouse gas emissions, and indoor air quality and materials.

Our services include an assessment of our clients needs, implementing plans to meeting certain requirements; LEED Building Audits; overseeing LEED® documentation; administering the roles and responsibilities in LEED® Certification Online;  and developing maintenance and operations policies with the goal of maximizing operational efficiency  while minimizing environmental impacts.
